About me

I am a doctoral researcher at the Chair of Language and Cognition at the Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nürnberg.  I am currently doing research examining the relationship between literacy and language development in older children and adolescents.

Research interests

I am a trained speech and language therapist. This background has led to an interest in typical and atypical language acquisition and development across the lifespan. Other interests lie in disorder-specific features of language, literacy acquisition and development, and usage-based approaches to language acquisition.
