James Bond Film Series, Season 1
This year marks 007’s 60th silver screen anniversary, and on the occasion Nuremberg’s Casablanca Filmkunsttheater is starting its James Bond film series with friendly assistance of the Department of English and American Studies. Over the next couple of years, Casablanca will screen all James Bond films (almost) in chronological order with an accompanying program to illuminate the various facets of the phenomenon Bond. Kicking off the series on November 28 will be Dr. Christian Krug with an introduction to the myth James Bond.
